Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob / electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & microwave.
Outside: Off-road parking for two cars. Secure garden, with outside furniture.
Utilities: Gas central heating, mains water and sewerage.
Linen: All linen is supplied with the cottage, including bed linen, towels, tea towels etc.
Equipment: The cottage is fully equipped with provisions of all sundries for daily living (incl. cleaning solutions, dishwasher / washing machine tabs etc)

St Andrews is a delightful Grade B listed self-catering holiday home. Dating from 1854, the cottage was originally additional quarters for St Andrews Manse. In latter years the cottage was home of the church clerk. The Church of Scotland sold the manse & cottage in the 1980’s. Since then, occupancy of the cottage has been intermittent, the building falling into a state of disrepair. St Andrews cottage was renovated, with the guidance of Heritage Scotland, between 2003-2005 and now offers a charming mixture of traditional home, with all modern conveniences.
St Andrews Cottage is situated within a quiet, but central location, combining all the benefits of peaceful living, with easy access to a bustling market town. Inverurie’s primary park (with children’s play area) is just two minutes walk, the River Don, 10 minutes walk, both offer a pleasant and relaxing situation. The cottage also has a secure garden.
